How to become a member of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota

1) Complete the Membership Form Online or Download the Registration Form:

2) Pay the Annual Membership Fee Online or Send in a Check (can pay by check even if completing registration form online).

  • You must be a current member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas in order to be a member of SAM.
  • Active SAM Membership Dues (on or before December 31, 2011): $30.00
  • Active SAM Membership Dues (after January 1, 2012): $40.00
  • Membership is good for one year January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012

  • Please make checks payable to "Suzuki Association of Minnesota."
  • For your name to be included in the 2012 directory, please submit this form and payment by December 31, 2011.
