Online Membership Payment
You may pay the Annual Membership Fee Online or Send in a Check (can pay by check even if you completed the Online Registration Form at the bottom of the page). Please submit payment by Dec. 31st 2011 to be included in the membership directory. Please make sure to submit the online registration form when payment is complete. The information on this form will determine the information published in the directories.
Active Membership: $30.00 (after January 1, 2012: $40.00) For Teachers who would like to participate in 2012 events. Benefits of Active Membership include: 2012 SAM Newsletters, listing in the 2012 SAM Membership Directory, participation in 2012 Statewide Graduation, discounted fee for 2012 Workshop, teacher/student scholarship opportunities, and voting and office holding privileges.
Associate Member: $15 For parents, students, retired teachers, and others. Associate Members will receive our newsletter and membership directory, while showing support for the vision and mission of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota.
Patron Membership: $80 Includes Active Membership while showing support for the vision and mission of the Suzuki Association of Minnesota.
Lifetime Membership: $500 Includes on-going Active Membership plus benefits of Patron Membership.
